A graduate of Penn State University's Horticulture program, Eric has guided Eisler Landscapes' growth from a few planting crews into a full service, site excavation, construction and landscape installation company. Over the past 30 years, Eric has managed a wide variety of construction projects ranging from small residential to multi-million dollar commercial.

Additionally, Eric has acted as an Adjunct Professor at Chatham University, and his alma mater, Penn State University teaching undergraduate and graduate level courses in landscape construction and horticulture. He has a guest lectured at Carnegie Mellon University and conducted regional seminars on Green Roof Design and Construction. In 2016, Eric received certification from the National Green Infrastructure Certification Program (NGICP) Certification Council.
