Sherry holds a business degree from Desales University and studied horticulture at Penn State. Since taking over the family business in 1984, she has led the successful operation of Eisler Nurseries, Inc. and the growth of the business to include Eisler Landscapes, PineHall at Eisler Farms,and The Atrium. Under her guidance, the company has flourished into a $9 million dollar operation.

Sherry is also active in many community organizations including; the Pennsylvania Landscape & Nurserymen Association, Butler County Chamber of Commerce (Board Chairman 2007), LifeSteps, Butler Garden Club (President 2009-2011). In 2009, Sherry received the Butler County Distinguished Service Award.
